Surfside used to be full of old hotels and residences along the beach, but today it is a very different story. The Chateau Group is just one developer who is bringing extremely luxurious condominium buildings to this property, and one of their latest projects is the Chateau Ocean Surfside.   The buildings in Surfside have their own unique look in Miami-Dade County. In other areas, people will find high-rises that are several stories tall, but this will not be the case in Surfside. This means future residents will be close to the beach and some of the best shopping in the area. The Bal Harbour Shops are only three short blocks away, and they are where future residents will find stores full of the finest designers’ creations and restaurants by the most celebrated chefs.   Every resident will be entitled to receive the fabulous amenities that come with living at the Chateau Ocean condominium Surfside.
