BOTANIKO WESTON LUXURY MODERN HOMES IN A HIGH LIFE STYLE COMMUNITY




Coconut Grove-based Terra Group has launched sales for Botaniko Weston, a gated development consisting of 125 one- and two-story homes to be constructed on a portion of the former Bonaventure Country Club golf course in Weston. Designed by architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney J. Mateu in collaboration with VStarr Interiors, the interior design firm founded by tennis star Venus Williams, the houses will range from 4,200 to 7,200 square feet and feature outdoor entertainment spaces, private pools, summer kitchens and premium appliances. Community amenities include walking, jogging and biking paths as well as pocket parks. Prices start at $1.7 million, with delivery of new homes to begin at the end of 2016.
